TEAM MASCOT

Barnaby is a certified Emotional Support Animal and delivers an extra level of comfort and love.  The entire team at The Dentistry Collective are animal lovers and we make donations to the ASPCA and local Humane Societies on a monthly basis.

Lindsay

CHIEF OPERATIONAL OFFICER

With over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, Lindsay brings the systems and protocols needed to ensure that our patients receive a truly exceptional experience in our office.

Ashlee

FRONT OFFICE TEAM LEADER

Ashlee brings over 14 years of dental front office experience to our team. Her knowledge of insurance and treatment coordination allows us to deliver utmost transparency to our guests, and ensures that we are maximizing insurance benefits to make dentistry as economically easy as possible.

Shiva

HYGIENE TEAM LEADER

Shiva sits as the Past President of the San Diego Hygienists’ Society. She obtained a Masters of Science in Dental Hygiene at UCSF. She makes sure that our preventive care department keeps your smiles healthy everlasting.

Michelle

MARKETING TEAM LEADER

Michelle has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Management and has a skillset that specializes in marketing. She creates and maintains relationships with businesses and organizations in our community so that we can bring our value and services to as many San Diegans as possible.

Karter

FORMER TEAM MASCOT

Karter was one of our dearest team members. He gave us over thirteen years of service and was close to all of our hearts. His legacy will live on forever. Rest In Peace Karter, we love you always!
